Sijainti Ok, helppo löytää perille. Tilava piha. Tilava huoneisto. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy keittiöstä. Löytyi myös tuikkuja ja tulitikkuja, hyvä! Koska myrsky pätki sähköjä. Kenkälusikkakin oli!

Osa tyynyistä ja peitoista ala-arvoisessa kunnossa, keltaisia läikkiä ja "kakkatahroja". Maton kulmat ja reunat kippurassa. Kylpyhuoneen wc -istuin ahtaassa kolossa, isompi ihminen ei kyllä mahdu käyttämään. Eikä me käytettyään kuin erillistä vessaa. Hiukan kulahtanut ilme. Hinta kuitenkin aika kova, edellyttäisi hienosäätöä. Etenkin kun huoneisto näyttää sisään astuessa aika laadukkaalta.
