Complicated method of booking in and collecting keys. Also limited equipment in apartment e.g. no coffee mugs or welcome pack with essential items.

Location, the garden, view and the sound of the sea from bedroom . Excellent communication

Nice view and sunsets, hearing the sea, rich space, big terrace, many restaurants nearby, really nice.

The kitchen would be big enough to accommodate a dish washer

There was a problem with the booking . The owner double booked us . She confirmed before we left that we had 7 days because the booking came up 4 days I messaged her she said we have 7 days . Soon as we got here she sent receipt for four days . She now has threatened me and my son with police .. She is going against her word what she originally said . We are being asked to leave have no where to go all apartments full . Me and my son being made no where to live for the remaining of our holiday ,we only have 7 days . She lied and told us by messages through booking .com we had 7 days . Has been extremely stressful looking around for hours when we should be relaxing to find another property . I have a very bad back and can hardly walk . No hot water all through the time we have been here . No cleaning of apartment and no toilet roll when we arrived . Not good energy .

Excellent location, Excellent apartment, with the added feature of our own garden area to enjoy the evening warmth.

No complaints everything was lovely.

Air conditioning was unexpected but appreciated for sleeping. Position is very good and the terrace also. Staff very friendly. The features of the house was for the most part as advertised. Comfortable even when on foot, near restaurants and various services.

No wash-machine and dishwasher and oven. No basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, sugar...), everything had to be bought separately. A little short on providing further toilet paper, trash bags, towels, dish soap. The host visited once every couple of days but the items in the house were not very abundant. Very essential pottery (4 units for things like forks, knives, etc), no cheese grinder. WC too attached to the shower wall, had to use it diagonally. It's not possible to understand before arriving which one of the 4 apartments you will stay in. The photos on Booking are a collage of all the four apartments and quite confusing for that reason. It would be better to advertise them separately. Maybe the apartments above us (we were in the n 1) were nicer but nobody asked which one we wanted even though they were all empty a part from ours. Price not so cheap.

Beautiful location overlooking the sea, with the sunset visible from the balcony. And they left us a beautiful gift when we told them it was our honeymoon!

Our only complaint is that we had to pick up the keys about half an hour’s walk away, which is a bit far if you don’t have a car and are carrying luggage.

Extremely overpriced. Good location but has an outside area, with no Internet signal, instead of a balcony.

The view of the sea was fabulous. The apartment is quiet at night. Valle Gran Rey hums with life and it is a wonderful safe feeling place for everyone.

Small cups. It would be nice for there to be some mugs. A 4 ring hob would have been a plus.
