Colchón de la cama muy hundido y sofá cama imposible dormir

El apartamento está bien y la cochera debajo.

No valoro al anfitrión o le doy la peor puntuación cuando no me recibe personalmente, hay que valorar a los que lo hacen. Siempre hay un problema cuando el anfitrión no está a mano al llegar. No podía sacar la llave de la cerradura de la cochera. Tuve suerte que, después de un rato, apareció un vecino y me dijo el "truco" para sacar la llave.

O apartamento é simpático e aconchegante. Tem ar condicionado (que foi muito bom, visto o calor que fez durante a nossa estadia), Tem boa localização, um bar bastante animado, boa comida e com bom ambiente por baixo. O fato de ter garagem é muito bom. A cozinha está equipada.

Não gostamos dos colchões, na cama já está bastante gasto e acaba por fazer as formas do corpo. No sofá cama, colocamos o colchão no chão para conseguir dormir.

The apartment was well-located, with buses going to different areas of the city. It was also spacious for a 1 br and it had a back porch. AC in the dining/living room and in the bedroom.

The apartment had no wifi. I understand that I didn't notice that upon making the reservation a year in advance but since I was traveling for work and had an extended 4-week stay, it was critical for me. Had it noticed that, I would have canceled and looked for a different place. The back porch was very dirty, with rusted things and even shards of glass on the floor. I was with my 2yo daughter, so we were extra cautious not to leave her alone at all there. On arrival, the kitchen outlets were impossible to reach so the toaster and the coffee maker were also useless. I contacted the property manager and he came by with a cleaner and fixed some of these issues, including cleaning the back porch with the same mop we used indoors (rather yucky, there was bird poop everywhere too). The mop broke (obviously, it's not for outdoor patio cleaning) and the host took nearly a week to get me a replacement mop. I ended up going across the street to a convenience store and buying a mop replacement for 1,25EUR myself. The kitchen was also missing some basic ware such as mugs. There was a china set for tea and espresso-style coffee, but no mugs. Additionally, the bathroom has no hooks or racks to hold towels, not even a hand towel. Again, I ended up using two hooks with suction cups that I took with me (as well as the mugs I bought, obvi). The apartment has a parking garage but the upstairs neighbor (a really sweet man) typically uses it. Since I only had a rental vehicle for a few days, this didn't bother me, but it was curious opening the garage and seeing that the only spot was already taken on street where it's nearly impossible to park/find parking. Again, the neighbor was super nice, so just making a comment about all the expectations and the unexpected. All in all, it was a fairly disappointing experience.
