Locality (with child 8-10 minutes to beach), 8 minutes to underground Station

The location is great, near the beach. The apartment was clean and the host was great!

The communication with the hosts is very friendly, quick and easy. They are accomodating to arrival and departure times as long as you give notice. We had a great time at the accommodation! The apartment is less than 10 minute walk to the metro. This metro takes you to the city centre in a few stops or directly to the airport. The beach is also 10 minute walk. It is 10 minutes nearby to Mercadona supermarket and many tapas bars. It is a perfect location. The kitchen is great, with plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, good microwave and great fridge/freezer. The bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo and soap and towels. The living area is large and comfortable, the air conditioning works well in this area. Good TV where we managed to watch the football, but I would recommend maybe a HDMI cable if you want to watch something. The bedrooms are clean and well maintained, the single room has no window but has a large ceiling fan and you also feel the air-conditioning in this room. One double bedroom has a large ceiling fan which keeps the room cool. The double bedroom with the balcony is great but is too warm, it would be good if a larger fan could be installed but apart from that PERFECT! Our only issue... We understand the need for a deposit and respect this. But it was a very large cash deposit in a currency which was not our own. It would have been better for us to give this in our own currency. But thank you for being kind hosts, we hope we were kind guests!

Nice little balcony. All kitchen appliances. Washing liquids, shampoo, soaps etc are included. Good internet. Very spacious 2 bedrooms.

It can be a bit difficult for some people to use stairs to the 3rd floor but for us it was ok.

Perfect space for a family with everything you need and spotlessly clean.

It was on the 3rd floor so not for the unfit! But it was very quiet.

Spacious apartment, great shower with hot water when required, nice little balcony off the bedroom, kitchen has everything that you would need, coffee machine was a lovely bonus, the host was very accommodating and left us a beautiful welcome gift basket, Iocated in a lovely local area with some great restaurants (Casa Montana- make reservation and Anyora), also worth going to the beautiful Las Arenas hotel for a coffee, the apartment is only 5 min walk to Metro for city centre and 10-15 min walk to the beach, really glad we decided to stay close to the beach instead of the city, really felt at home, we had a perfect stay :)

Noting but some recommendations: for tourists, it would be good to have a map of the city and recommended local restaurants, perhaps you could have a guest book for people to leave recommendations and some local takeaway menus for nearby restaurants. Beach towels are always a very useful addition. Just some advice for people with poor mobility: there are approx 50 steps up to the 3rd floor and no lift, not a problem for us as we enjoyed the exercise :)

Very nice, spacious apartment with plenty of light indeed. Very nice host! Fully equipped kitchen. Relatively good for winter stays: there were three electric heaters, air circulation is good, wooden floor. Cabanyal turned out to be chilled out neighbourhood, beach is a stone's throw away, there's fresh sea air, plenty of cafeterias around. As children facilities go one can leave strollers downstairs and we got a cot. Just beware, it's 3rd floor via stairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Mercadona & fruteria was quite far away. :) Coffee machine could have been brewing better coffee.
