location of the property was fantastic. host was exceptional, meet us at the property with the keys, showed us around the apartment. host sent us the locations of the supermarket and loads of food restaurants. Monica was excellent.

My dream comes true, a house on the beach! Perfect location if you looking for relax, meditation, yoga, long walk on the shoreline. I went there few days ago, at the end of October and it was so quiet and calm, exactly what I needed it. The house has everything, is comfortable and super clean! Around the area there are two supermarkets, few shops and pub. You will be welcomed by the precious smile of Monica. There is not enough stars for her. She was supported and helpful all time. Unfortunately, I can not drive at the moment and the location it is not easy to get to with transport. She was super prompt and detailed to give me all information for the bus and a number for the taxi. I felt at home. In a sea of seashells you are the pearl of Matalascañas 💜 Muchas Gracias!!! I will be back!!

The place is right next to the sea and the beach gate does the job. There is a promenade along the beach, plenty of places to eat and buy necessary things. The beach itself is great, plenty of space and away from the more frequented "Torre de la Higuera" area. I also recommend trips to wild beaches in the national park nearby, a wonderful place, there were only a few people there :)

Everything was great!! stunning view, clean and cared facilities, comfy beds, uncomplicated communication with the super nice and friendly host! It won’t be my Last stay there :) Thank you!!!

Spacious, air condition, heating, close to Donana National Park, close to marshlands in del Rocio.

Fantastic location. Right above / adjacent to the beach, great view. Very private residential area. Despite being difficult to find, the staff drove and met me. Very nice, helpful , friendly staff.

Difficult to find, but helpful staff helped me find my way. :-) The kitchen could do with a few more items for cooking, and utensils, plates etc. But it was absolutely good enough. I would stay here again.
