"An excellent place to stay overnight in Oulu."

Clean and nice. Cooking facilities, laundry machine, fridge and freezer included. Good location with own rental parking lot. Clear info and instructions pamflets in the appartment.

The only thing I can come up with is that the unfolded sofa as a bed was not that comfortable.

Simple, yet comfortable room for 1-2 people. Possibility to prepare your own food in a kitchenette. Near the city centre.

"Very central and convenient place to stay. Not expensive. Well equiped."

The locations is very central, the room is well equiped, it's quiet & clean. Not much to complain to ... except - read the 'negitives'.

The apartment door was physically hard to open and close - on arrival I had to contact the manager asking how to get inside believing that the door is still locked by a second key. Also, if you have a car and you need only a parking spot for a night, you might be better off with a street parking which is free until 8am or 9am I believe.
