The Colors House, 646 - Private Apartment

El complejo es muy completo. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la piscina es un punto muy positivo y es muy positivo que tiene un bar en la misma. La terraza le da un muy buen plus al apartamento. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario, incluso más y con cantidad de toallas y sábanas. Elena es super atenta en todo momento; antes, durante e incluso después. Hace muy cómoda la llegada y la estancia.

Dos de los elementos claves para nosotros en cuanto a descanso se refiere, como son la cama y la ducha, no hicieron que la estancia fuese confortable al cien por cien por la calidad de los mismos.

Nothing- not at all what we expected

This was the worse accomodation we have ever booked on this site. We have never previoysly in all our travels or bookings had to submit such a negative feedback or complaint about a property or host. On arrival we were greeted with a stale odour that remained every time you entered the apartment The bedding although clean was so old and faded, had not even been ironed. Unmatched curtains in the bedroom, 1 of them hung inside out. Sofa in veranda was dirty, fraying at the bottom. Dirty rug at kitchen sink. The owner when contacted was exceptionally rude- the rudest host we have ever encountered. She did not even come to the property to meet with us in person after we raised our complaint. Although we were booked for a weeks holiday we left this property to find another. Would not recommend this property.

The apartment is located in a touristy town of Costa Teguise, within walkable distance to all the facilities - the beach, shopping, city center etc. It is located in the apartment complex with good infrastructure - communal swimming pool. green territory, faced and secure, very well maintained and quiet. The apartment is on the ground floor, it has a nice balcony, located on the sunny side, but not exposed to direct sun, so very comfortable at any time of the day. Apartment has everything one can need for a shorter or longer stay. The beds were comfortable, the water was running well, hot and cold, all the facilities were working. We didn't cook much at home, mostly breakfasts, but we found everything we could need in the kitchen. There were enough cutlery, dishes, utensils etc. The host, Elena, was very helpful, she provided all the necessary information about how to arrive and where to get the keys (it looked tricky at first, with double fences and locker, but with her instructions we found everything easily, that was not an issue at all). Elena also provided us a lot of information and tips about the island which we used well. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is not brand new, but is well maintained. I have nothing to complain about.

The apartment was spacious and clean and in a really peaceful location on the complex. The veranda was lovey and sunny. I was a solo traveller for part of my stay and i felt very safe as the complex is gated. The pool and bar area were great and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I made lots of new friends as it's such a friendly atmosphere. Everything is close by and I was able to park my mobility scooter outside of the apartment. Elena, the host was super helpful before and during the trip and would attend to any issues/questions I had immediately. She even arranged a shower seat for me.

Comfortable., well equipped apartment in a good location. Sunny balcony.

The property located in a very decent complex with super market nearby. There is also a beach within 1 KM, you can easily go there on foot. Very tasty food offered by the nearby restaurant. The host is very friendly, and gave us many good and practical hints. The property itself is very comfortable and well equipped, perfect for family.

Not really.

A beautiful complex with many plants. Quiet, except in the evenings when there were games in the stadium in front of the windows. The owner provided very detailed information about access to the apartment.

The apartments would not benefit from repairs. The sofa cover on the terrace is faded, the refrigerator is rusty. In addition, the view from the terrace did not correspond to what was presented in the offer
