We loved the area, the apartment was close to the center. It was very clean and was very comfortable.

Super friendly stuff, good food and breakfast at the thai restaurant in the building, also sauna in the room was great, everything was well equipped and the location super close to the centre

The two small bed were not super comfi and for a couple difficult to cuddle because the beds do not stay together close

Apartment was full equipped, confortable and near Levi's center. The supermarket is one block from the apartment and the Zero point is 10 minutes walking. Also is close by the bus stop to go to the South or West point.

The instructions to enter the building when you arrive before the check in hour could be clearer, the entry to the building is below a sign with another hotel name. There is a keycode door which is open but you don't know if you don't try it, the code was shared after the apartment was ready but we arrived before and needed to enter to leave our luggage. Being really cold outside does not help to be trying to find the correct entry to the building

It's nice and warm in the room (essential when outside is -20C!). Sufficient free parking spots with roads cleared off snow daily. Good location near enough to town centre for restaurants, 7min walk (but 7min can be a terribly long walk if temp is -20C). If you're lugging ski equipment daily, this might not be the best location. There is an excellent authentic Thai restaurant in the building and it was the cheapest restaurant in Levi (15euro for mains). Very friendly and helpful staff.

There was no internet for my entire 5days stay. Informed the property which said they will look into it and get back to me but never did. The sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable (not flat). I asked for an extra toilet roll, explaining the reason, and was told to buy one myself at the shop (the next day, I saw a guest getting a toilet roll from the helpful Thai restaurant staff) I would have preferred getting the instructions on key code for key collection 24hr before arrival rather than getting the email 6hr before.

Although I travel solo, the room is great for two people and can be used by 4 people. The host reponse well and help me along the way. There is kitchen that are well equipped with all the equipments. Supermarket are very close just around the corner and you can easily grab some marianted food and put in the stove and ready for dinner. Carpark is also available and it is free. If you don't want to cook, a family thai restaurant at the entrance of the building which provide breakfast & dinner to choose from. Basically, the house is beyond my expectation.

It will be better if the host can provide some photos or maps of how to get there. Other than that, I have nothing I didn't like or need to complain.

The location is perfect for enjoying Levi , close to a supermarket and the centre.

Check in procedure was horrible, even though everything is done with codes I had to call to get in while waiting outside on -21 C cold. Sheets and toilet were not clean when we got there. Beds, especially sofa bed, were not comfortable, would not recommend for 4 adults.
