I really loved my stay! I would like to point out the great location and the really nice view! Beds were very good as well sofa bed very spacious:)

The only positives I can think of is the price and perhaps being close to the port if one has an early ferry transfer. It is also few minutes walk from the beach.

The key hand over in the Central Main Station is rather inconvenient for those traveling by car as you need to cross the city sometimes with poor roads, potholes and 30kmh zones. Even if the pictures show you a nice apartment, the reality is a bit different. It is outdated with uncomfortable bed/sofa and dust under, a very small kitchenette, and very cramped bathroom. Everything smells bad in the building, being very old. The cleaning services should definitely do a better job.

Lovely little flat, airy & light with great view and well equipped with the tv, iron, washing machine & kitchen equipment.

Good location and the windows view, the flat has all what you need for a comfortable life

I did not know all doors are opened by one key

Apartment was cosy and location is ok.

The arrangement for getting the key is not acceptable. We chose this appartment because of its location as we arrived by ship in the evening. So it seemed to be perfect place (near the port). We were travelling with small children and we needed to get the keys asap to put children into sleep. Before arriving we contacted with WeHost to explain our situation but no compromise was offered. So we had to travel to central station to get the keys (by taxy from port it took 30 min and over 30€ just to get to the station). And the key is given only to the person who had made a booking. As booking was done under my name, then the R-Kiosk workers didn't gave the key even to my husband who had my ID card together with him (as I was dealing with overtired toddlers). It was not a first time staying in an apartment but it was deffinitly first time when the key is located several kilometers away. If you are familiar with Helsinkis public transport and loosing time is not an issue, then it might be ok. But for us it was a nightmare. And in apartment description is mentiond a sauna - there is no sauna!
