Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Welkeys - Sainte Claire in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the following charges apply for check-in or check-out outside of set times: Arrivals or departures from 21:00 to 00:00: EUR 22 Arrivals or departures from 00:00 to 06:00: EUR 44 Arrivals or departures from 06:00 to 08:00: EUR 20 Arrivals or departures on a Sunday or French bank holidays: EUR 10 Arrivals or departures from 21:00 to 08:00 on a Sunday or a French bank holiday: EUR 30 Please note that all late arrivals should be requested in advance and that check-in fees should be paid in cash upon arrival.
