Appartement lumineux de standing

The apartment was clean, compact, and well-maintained. It offered great value for money and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A good choice for travelers looking for a practical and affordable option.

Le propriétaire a essayé de me joindre au moins quatre fois par téléphone car je lui ai demandé les accès, sauf que je n’ai pas répondu car j’étais au travail, il m’a donc demandé les pièces d’identités choses que j’allais envoyer puis d’un coup il m’a envoyé un message pour me demander d’annuler, sauf que mon argent était déjà prélevé et j’ai été remboursé sous 10 jours et donc sans le jour même.

Tout ! Accueil et appartement impeccable et sympathique !

We booked this apartment for a one-week stay and traveled from far away with our family, arriving very tired. Unfortunately, the apartment had a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property, especially in the bathroom, which was noticeable immediately upon entering. We are very sensitive to strong smells, and this made the apartment uncomfortable for us. The cooking pots and the inside of the trash can lid were rusty, place was dusty, TV and remote controls did not work, and the apartment was not as bright as shown in the photos. Because of these issues, we were unable to stay in the apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est vraiment très belle, confortable et parfaitement équipée. On s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise.

L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort : l’accès est très facile et la rue est très pratique avec de nombreuses commodités à proximité (supermarché, restaurants, épiceries, etc.), ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Mention spéciale à l’hôte, qui a été très à l’écoute, réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour.

Seul petit bémol : la table à manger n’est pas très stable, mais cela reste un détail au regard de la qualité générale du logement.

Были забронированы эти аппартаменты с 31 декабря до 4 января. 30 декабря был сделан запрос на время заезда и получен ответ от владельца, что мы можем заехать в указанное время. В день заезда - 31 декабря, за 3 часа до заселения бронь была отменена сл стороны владельца по причине овербукинга, без какой-либо компенсации. Нам с 2 детьми пришлось очень потрудиться, чтобы найти в новогоднюю ночь аппартаменты в Париже по разумной цене. Не могу ничего сказать про сами аппартаменты, т. к. нам не удалось в них пожить. Безобразие одним словом
