Location was excellent close to a cathedral and royal palace

We would have appreciated a folder with information about washing machine,Wi-Fi and local shops etc as there was no one to talk to.

It was spacious and airy. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was super comfortable. The apartment is perfectly situated in the old Jewish quarter. Manolo was a super host and communicated well.

The property was perfect, they are renovating across the road so it was a noisy in the mornings. But if you out all day it’s just an early noisy wake up.

The apartment has a great location in a lively neighbourhood with restaurants and bars. You can explore all of the historic center by foot. We did not meet the owner in person, as there was a safe box with the keys located at the front door. We got all the information we needed in advance. The owner was available by whatsapp all the time and very nice and helpful. If we visit Sevilla again we would stay here again.

You could hear a lot of sounds from the street and the stairs leading to the other apartments, but it did not bother us to much. It will probably be the same in most of the houses in the historic center.

The host Manolo contacted us immediately after confirming the accommodation and kept us updated regarding our arrival and check-in. He was always available for any questions, offering advice and helping us during our visit to Seville. The apartment is well-maintained and provides everything a traveler needs, with the added bonus of a rooftop terrace. The city's landmarks are just around the corner, and it's a pleasure to walk through the streets of the city center, which offers a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

Position, host availability

Couldn’t ask for a better locstion. Easily accessible to load and unload by car, multiple garages in the area to pick from. The apartment itself had everything 2 adults and 2 toddlers needed. Plenty of space, all basic amenities. The apartment is no frills, nothing fancy, a great overall value. The hosts were great as well, quick communications when we needed something.

The location is amazing. Near most of the hot spots and next to shops like carrefour, bakery,... The host is a really great, nice guy, the apartment is clean, bright and spacious. Price and value are really 👌 💯. Highly recommend! Very flexible, kind, and accommodating.

Street noise is there, you are in the center so you should know that. Walls are very thin. We had horror neighbors, but that is just bad luck. So, in general, if you stay here, please respect the peace of your neighbors and host and keep it down a notch 🙂
