Estaba muy bien equipado, había de todo lo necesario en una casa tanto en el baño como en la cocina y el salón. Estaba muy limpio y ordenado. El propietario dejó en la cocina magdalenas y pan de leche para desayunar, leche, una botella de agua y otra de vino tinto.
