Muy viejo, muy muy sucio. Muy mal olor en el alojamiento. Bastante deteriorado. Sillón super sucio y la lencería también. en general nunca repetiriamos

"Decepción total: limpieza deficiente, averías y falta de atención"

Al llegar al a las 6 pm, la lavadora se encontraba en funcionamiento con la ropa sucia de los anteriores huéspedes, lo cual resultó antihigiénico. Faltaban las toallas, situación que comunicamos al anfitrión. Su respuesta fue que las toallas que se estaban lavando eran las que debíamos utilizar, lo que nos pareció del inaceptable. Las toallas limpias se entregaron al día siguiente a las 9h, impidiéndonos ducharnos hasta ese momento. El mensaje de bienvenida enviado por WhatsApp comenzaba con la advertencia de que esta prohibido fumar y que en caso contrario se impondría una multa de 100 €, lo que consideramos un tono poco cordial y contrario al espíritu de hospitalidad. El aire acondicionado del dormitorio individual estaba averiado, provocando una fuga de agua que formó un charco en el suelo. Mi hija resbaló y se cayó, sufriendo un golpe en la espalda que requirió atención médica (inyección incluida). Pese a informar de este incidente al anfitrión, en ningún momento se interesó por el estado de mi hija, limitándose a reparar el aire acondicionado al día siguiente hacia las 12:00 h. Por último, debemos señalar que el estado real del alojamiento no se corresponde con las fotografías publicadas en la plataforma. Adjunto imágenes que evidencian el mal estado del suelo, la avería del aire acondicionado y la ropa encontrada en la lavadora, entre otros aspectos que contradicen la descripción ofrecida. Solicitamos, por tanto, que se revise este caso y se adopten las medidas oportunas.
