La ubicación! En pleno centro y muy cerca de todo

La única pega es que el parking está a 10 min del apartamento por lo que para andar con maletas y mi hijo de 3 años se nos hizo bastante largo.

Al ser en un bajo y en un callejón la luz natural es escasa. Por lo tanto hay que estar siempre con la luz encendida. Y las cortinas no tapan las ventanas por lo que no hay intimidad

Pues sobre todo la magnífica ubicación. El apartamento está completo de todo, para quien quiera hacer uso de él como si estuviese en casa, que no es nuestro caso.

Pues un poco el tema de la recogida de las llaves, lo veo algo lioso cuando vas a u sitio desconocido y si te despistas se te complica.
