Fantastic location . Direct access to beach and short walking distance to all the towns amenities.

Spacious and clean. All essentials were there. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Good beds. Big sofa. Multiple tv”s. Roomy, nice balconies. Great view. A lot of stores and restaurants near by. Beach literally there.

No big minuses. No elevator in case needed. Also no garbage bags.

The location was fantastic, close to all amenities. Large property which was well equipped On first floor so only one lot of steps to negotiate with all our luggage as there is no lift.

No lift We were fortunate as our neighbours above and at the side were respectful however we could have been unlucky!

Only issue was that we found multiple vape packets in wardrobe and drawers suggesting not thoroughly cleaned.

The location right on the beach was amazing. It was central, easy parking across the road at this time of the year which was free until June. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment has 2 terraces one at the front which has views across the bay. The back apartment was totally secluded and very private and quiet. Our flights were not until the evening and we were able to stay and have a late checkout which was fantastic. The apartment has been reformed to a high standard and is spacious and modern. The bedrooms are based at the back of the property which means they are quiet at night.

The front terrace is very close to neighbours and could do with some screening on the left to help prevent being very overlooked. We went in April out of high season I could imagine it could be quite noisy in high season.

We visited Mallorca for the first time as a family and stayed in beautiful Palma for three nights then headed up on the bus to Puerto Pollensa. When we opened the door to the huge terrace we were absolutely stunned by how beautiful the view was; a huge palm tree right in front of the apartment, rows of gleaming boats in the harbour and long stretches of empty blonde sand with the bright blue sea and then the mountains in the background. We had been tempted to Pollensa by a family friend who returns often and she was right. We chose to go in the Feb school holidays for some much-needed winter sun and a change of scene so the town was mostly closed but that was fine by us...a more authentic view of the area plus empty beaches and peace and quiet. Our young children adored the play park on the beach in front of the apartment, swam in the sea much to the amusement of less hardy locals! and we all agreed that the apartment was bigger and more modern than our own house! It was SPOTLESS and I mean, really spotless, with a fully-equipped kitchen, all brand new fittings throughout and three comfortable double bedrooms. We met the owner who live upstairs with his family, when we had a brief power cut on the first day, and he was extremely nice. It was comforting knowing who was upstairs - the apartments have been in the family forever - and we didn't hear any noise at all. We all slept brilliantly and we could not get enough of that view...what a treat. We will definitely be back, and maybe in February again as although there are few restaurants open, with young children in bed by 7pm anyway, we weren't bothered. Several supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away and with those spectacular surroundings, food wasn't the top priority on this super-chilled holiday. The apartment was quite cold as I suppose they don't need central heating in such a warm country...air cons units in the bedrooms and living room were used to heat up the rooms which made them cosy quickly. A few more basics in the kitchen like sea salt, pepper and some clothes washing liquid etc would have been helpful as quite expensive to buy just for a few days.

It is in a brilliant location on the sea front. The apartment is beautifully fitted out with everything you would need. It has very comfy beds and great air conditioning units. The kitchen was well equipped and had a utility area for drying clothes and the balcony at the front was spacious and very comfy sofa. it was very clean when we arrived and it was helpful having 2 sets of towels each.
