Trato muy cercano. Todo muy limpio, camas cómodas. El tener piscina y barbacoa es un plus

Lo único a modo de crítica constructiva, a la habitación del medio le vendría bien una persiana, store o similar en el ventanal, ya que cuando amanece entra bastante luz. Pero por lo demás todo perfecto

The hosts were lovely, the beds were very comfortable. The hosts are really kind & do no bother you at all, they are so nice. Apartment is quite basic but has everything you need, big fridge freezer but generally the house is a little worn & tired, needs a revamp. Kitchen has most things you'll need but is a little basic with very little worksurface.There is a washing machine (new) in a separate unit on terrace. Pool area was lovely to dip your feet into on a hot day (even in October it was hot!), but it's unheated so too cold to swim in. Beautiful views across the hills. Nice large towels and handwash in bathroom, but strangely no hot water in bathroom sink or kitchen sink. Parking is easy just outside the apartment. Large terrace with lovely big table & chairs and swings for kids, which is all your own, you share the pool with owners but they never went in (but it was October, warm to us but cold weather to them!), might be different in summer. Garden a delight with lots of beautiful plants and trees which the owners tend are clearly proud of. Beware of mozzies - I got bitten 36 times in one night (mid october!) so keep windows closed. Bedrooms are all very nice and beds very comfortable.

The address on Booking.com is wrong and satnav couldn't find it, so driving round for 2 hours trying to find it. Eventually Signor drove to find us so we could to follow him to the house. the owners don't speak any English which was odd as they're renting mostly to English speaking people, but the lady speaks a little French as so do we, so got by. NOTE: there are around 20/25 deep cumbersome steps down to the house with no hand rails, in rain they are lethal! So NOT SUITABLE for anyone with mobility issues or illness. LOCATION: nearest shop or restaurant Argentona (10/15 mins drive) very basic, all restaurants shut most of time, so have to drive to Mataro (20/25 mins drive) to eat out and very few restaurants open in October. Nearest decent supermarket (Carrefore) also Mataro. Sadly nowhere to walk to from this house as roads are windy, narrow and no footpaths. The apartment is nice & has most things you'll need, but basic and in need of a revamp, especially kitchen, everything a bit worn and tired. Traffic noise is quite high, and boy-racers on bikes out a lot, there is a lot of noise from neighbouring houses using power tools & builders literally 12 hours a day every day, dogs barking 24/7!!You're in a dip in the hill so noise is amplified so if you want peace & quiet, this is not for you. NO HOUSE MANUAL OR HANDBOOK: not even appliance instructions or how to use oven or dishwasher,microwave nor any instructions on where to leave or take refuse and there were no residential waste bins anywhere near, so we just had to leave our refuse in the large black bin. Needs a Smart TV: you can't hook up Netflix, Prime or Apple etc. There is a TV box of some sort but no instructions and all Spanish programmes anyway, so you can't really watch TV unless like us you can hook up your computer to it.

It is a wonderful quiet place in the middle of the mountains. There are many trails for nature walks with your dog. Free parking near the house. Nice comfortable apartment, great pool. The owners are very tolerant, very friendly. 40 minutes by car to the center of Barcelona.

It is necessary to make an audit of the gas stove. Everything else is great.
