El apartamento estaba bien

No hubo manera de ducharnos con agua caliente, el calentador no nos funcionó, estaba apagado o roto. El apartamento estaba limpio pero, el extractor del baño y el ventilador que había en la habitación estaban sucios y para una persona con alergia no es nada saludable.

Es muy acogedor, estaba bien limpio. La atención y comunicación fue muy buena.

We went for New Year's Eve. The apartment is close to a square where there was music and celebrations so it was a nice atmosphere. The Tv had Netflix so we were able to watch the last episode of Stranger Things. Close by there is a nice viewpoint on Santa Cruz.

Overall the facilities of the apartment were really poor quality: hairdryer acting out, bed and pillows not comfortable, apartment really humid with visible marks and damage on the walls, which created an unpleasant smell over the place. The parking was really hard to find and the location had just a few bars close by, few touristic restaurants and only one Spar. You need to move the car/take the tram to go to the center and enjoy a walk, otherwise there is nothing around you.
