Amazing location, spacious and had kitchen and washing facilities

Central location at a good price

Although we were on the 3rd floor we could still hear talking and street noises at night in the bedroom and sitting room area (both at front ) ... though not in rear bedroom. Tv didn't work (has to contact them.. they did come and set it up the following day..but no English speaking channels). Air conditioning only works at 21 degree setting and in hot weather that is not low enough. Had to request 2 electric fans which they did provide and which helped. It was hot in Seville when we were there in fairness.. but proper air conditioning would solve hot nights if it worked properly (no air comes out of main bedroom vent).

little touches like a welcome pack would have been nice.

The flat was very large and comfortable. The location was also very good, close to the main attractions of the city. The owners were very kind and always available for any need. Highly recommended!

Location!

The staff gave us false information regarding the price of the parking. We paid 90 Euros instead of 50 for 3 days because of their mistake. The staff doesn't seem to be in sync at all, so expect them to send you a bunch of messages with different information, which is quite confusing when you're on the road. Advise - double-check every piece of information you get from them, it seems they do not really care!

When we arrived the appartment it was very cold. The only way to heat is with air conditioner. It was impossible to heat the bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen. After some hours of heating these rooms were still so cold. The only place that was comfortable to stay was the living room, there the temperature was OK, so we had to sleep there instead of the bedroom.

Everything was perfect! Welcoming hosts, warm apartment, equipped kitchen; they also gave us many recommendations for food and entertainment.

Really spacious apartment, great location.

The staff was excellent and helpful, even ended up chatting for an hour after I checked-in. The location is excellent, right in the center, go out and right and you'll find yourself in front of the cathedral and a couple of minutes from Alcazar.

The apartment was pretty empty and didn't feel even a tiny bit luxurious or gave a "vacation vibe". It's advertised as 50 square meters so I expected more out of it, turns out it's around 120 meters and can host up to 6 people, basically it's a middle ground between hostel and hotel for mid sized groups, for that purpose it would be great. Lastly the amenities were there, just very old... It had a washing machine but no dryer and there was no direct line to the sun for the drying rack or in the winter cold, so it took 3 days to dry a coat I washed.
