Not good sound isolation from the next apartment. Sound was like we stayed in the same apartment. Not good comunication about the place of the apartment. In Booking.com another adress, in what's app notv very clear directions since the entrace of the apartment is a bit tricky.

Exceptionally-located modern one-bedroom apartment right in the middle of the old city center in very lively and commercial area only a 10-minute walk to the Cathedral and the Royal Alcazar. Access to property is first through a street-level gated common area (open during daytime - ask how to open if you arrive later in the day) then a code provided by the hosting firm allows you to unlock the apartment door itself (for the 1st time) from your phone but you'll need your mobile data on. We found the actual keys to the apartment on the kitchen counter for the remainder of our stay but all the high-tech remote entry risks being a problem for some. We also preferred having our passports scanned at the host office (open until 10.00pm and walking distance to the apartment) instead of online for security reasons (Spanish law requires this data so it's a must). The apartment itself is nicely furnished and was spacious enough for three, though only 2 kitchen bar stools. It was extremely clean and we had more than sufficient towels and linens for a 5-night stay. We appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen which allowed us to cook, the dishwasher and the clothes washer came in very handy. All cooking utensils are provided as are detergents, cleaning towels, even a first-aid kit in the bathroom. It is pretty much what you'd have at home, nothing missing. There's A/C (unobtrusive) in each room, blinds on windows for dull darkness and the whole place is very quiet despite being in a highly circulated part of town (and a very classy area at that). It probably doesn't get better for shopping and food in Seville than this location, it really is that good. The mattresses and beds were very comfortable, the bathroom spotless. Overall fair value for this Seville location given the apartment quality and equipment.

Host agreed to provide future guests some form of printed manuals to operate the very fancy induction cooktop, dishwasher and washing machine as it was time consuming downloading the online manuals and figuring them out. Pillows were a tube-like spongy affair we found too hard and were not very comfortable. Shower head support was defective so it had to be hand-held for use but probably fixed after our stay. Although the place was very quiet we had a very loud neighbor the last 2 nights that we could hear through the bathroom so sound-proofing is not all that it seems. Depends on your luck I guess but because there were no noise issues the first 3 nights we suppose the apartment next-door is also a rental. Communication with the office (host) was good throughout but they couldn't help with operating the cooktop from a distance and left us to sort it out. The place is indeed bright and positive but windows give unto the small central "courtyard" and other windows, it didn't bother us but city views would definitely be a plus. Access to and from the property should be more detailed, such as the fact that, upon leaving, a buzzer at the building door allows you to open the street gate if you have to leave when the building office is closed - and you've already left the apartment keys inside. The entire entry/exit procedure can be simplified, the remote wi-fi unlock risks frustrating more than one if it fails.

Location was great. Apartment was clean and tidy. Communication was good.

Hard to find originally. Hand towels only not body towels. Coffee, no tea bags. Door difficult to open.

It is very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a city break. The staff was very kind to come to bring us the keys because we could not access the building, but we managed to get in earlier and the meet wasn’t needed anymore.

It smelled a bit like sewage from the pipes, but it was not so persistent. Except this little observation, everything else was great

Shower holder was broken upon arrival, reported this & it got fixed day before we left ( 5 night stay) Could hear the neighbours conversation next door, walls very thin

Great location, 3 min walk from the bus, right in the centre and walking distance from every major sight in the city. Very modern, clean and elegant looking appartment with great air conditioning. The staff was super nice and helpful.

There could be a bit more toilet paper. The neighbour was a bit noisy.
