Tenía la entrada a las 16:00 horas, nunca contestaron, mensajes por Booking, WhatsApp y llamadas, tuve que llamar a Booking para pedir la devolución, no lo aconsejo. ESTAFA!

El apartamento en general está bien y la ubicación es muy buena. Hubo un problema con la limpieza del apartamento y trataron de solucionarlo lo más pronto posible.

Las almohadas eran bastante incómodas, aunque las camas están bien. Nos dejaron para 4 personas y 3 noches solo un rollo y medio de papel higiénico y cuando llegamos una de las camas no tenía ropa limpia

"Worst property manager I’ve ever come across"

The property looked lovely

The property double booked us and the property manager did not respond to our calls. The two men staying in the property tried to help us out as much as possible and let us sit in the apartment while we tried to contact the property manager. Despite calling him over 30 times he never responded and we had to get booking.com to get us a new apartment in the area. Even after all this, we received no apology from the property manager. This created a lot of stress for the start of our holiday. Please if you’re booking this apartment, make sure you have constant communication with the property manager and don’t be surprised if they ignore you when they make a massive mistake and double book you!!
