it is old, filthy, no windows at the bedroom, basically a converted cellar.

Great little studio that is virtually beach property. I was met by the host who was very kind and welcoming. All throughout my stay he was available to answer questions or help with things. The studio has a few parking spots right up front. Also, on the nearby streets there is plenty free parking stalls. The studio is high on a cliff that has a lit up staircase to go down to the beach. Consequently, you can hear the waves rolling in from the front porch. The area is very quiet. The studio is not large but has everything you need. There is a small kitchen, a fridge, microwave oven, private bathroom, and murphy bed. There is some closet space for your things. There are a few different studios with each a different unique design. There is a fan to keep things cool. A/C was not needed (October). I did take a morning swim in the sea at sunrise, it's refreshing.

For longer stays it's great to have some cleaning supplies so you can mop the floor.
