Estudio del Pescado en el Charco

Muy amables, nos dejaron incluso toallas para la playa y además en el apartamento había hasta una sombrilla para la playa.

La ubicación

La cama era un poco pequeña y el sofá muy incómodo.

Clean, well-equipped, comfortable, quiet. Good air-con.Excellent location near picturesque lagoon and good restaurants. 15 minute walk from main bus station with easy access to rest of island.

Only issue was losing WiFi occasionally.

Tutto ok. L'appartamento ha rispecchiato quello che cercavo; e cioè una struttura spartana, visto che mi trovavo a Lanzarote, e non certo a Montecarlo. Comunque in appartamento c'erano tutti i comfort di cui si può avere bisogno. Anche la posizione è stata molto strategica, in quanto l'appartamento si trova praticamente in centro, e logisticamente è equidistante a tutte le varie meravigliose destinazioni che questa meravigliosa isola propone.

It is a lovely rustic old charm Studio Apartment with all the facilities that are needed for a great stay in Arrecife; It's self check-in and check-out but there is good communication with the owner through Whatsapp. It's just a ten minute walk to a large Shopping Mall and a great supermarket (HiperDino); also very close to the historic harbour area; 15 minute walk to Bus Station for travel to other parts of the Island and the Airport. Overall a very pleasant stay at this accommodation and I would recommend this place to other visitors.

Nothing much; just perhaps the shower unit could do with updating.

Great location close to restaurants , sea and town . Had all facilities , even washing machine and dryer . Very comfortable and great price

Well equipped apartment ( washer plus tumble dryer). Close to the Charco and within walking distance of beach, bus station and a variety of restaurants. Very helpful host who arranged for the lock to be changed when we had difficulty using the key.
