The potential of the flat is great. Nice location close to the beach and everything you need.

Unfortunately the flat wasn’t clean, esp. floors made our feet black within minutes. The same story as last year. All the kitchen equipment heavily used and damaged, uncomfortable to cook there.

This is a really handy apartment, close to the beach in Las Palmas, close to supermarkets and cafes and bars. Our hosts were lovely and assisted with a few things we needed when we arrived. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious. It has a little balcony off the living room so you can sit and look down at the street below and watch all the goings on...so different to Scotland :-) The other thing we really liked was there was salt, pepper, cooking oil, kitchen paper, biscuits, tea, coffee and sugar...these are the items that you NEED provided and it shows thoughtfulness on the part of the host. Far too many places don't provide these which sux. So 10 / 10 for this host :-)

The tiny lift, but there are stairs.

The apartment had everything you needed and is in a fabulous location.

Location, internal window inside the apartment (not everywhere in Las Palmas), easy house access without necessity to carry keys around

Too many surveillance cameras. I would prefer to meet the host than to be watched.
