The location of the accommodation was perfect, communication with the host was great, everything went smoothly as agreed. The place is fully equipped with everything you might need, and everything was clean and new.

My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay even longer! 😊

Apartment was in a GREAT location, modern, contemporary and relatively clean.

Apartment was VERY compact, I would not recommend for any more than two adults, even though it has two double bedrooms there was only one 2 seater sofa in the small apartment 'living area'. The mattresses were very stained, covered in plastic backed sheets. Very little natural light in apartment. WiFi was very poor and inconsistent, OK for the first couple of days then 'No Access to Internet'. Appeared to have a set amount of data download then became poor? We reported the kettle was 'tripping' the electric on our first morning, advised to boil water on hob in meantime (no issue), but still boiling water on hob when we left 12 days later. Asked for a second set of keys, declined on 'security grounds', this meant anyone remaining in bed early morning a) Had to be woken to lock the door b) people left sleeping with the door unlocked or c) they were locked in, unable to get out in an emergency! Whilst not within the hosts remit, the prolonged barking of the dog next door was a constant irritation during the day. As a result of this unable to sit outside.

A fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. Tv equipped with Netflix and YouTube. Balcony which is a gorgeous sun trap and you can hear the sea whilst sat on it! Literally 5 second walk to the beach. 20minute bus ride to Areecife and Puerto del carmen. Deiland shopping centre near by where you can get all groceries. A stunning a clean apartment with staff on hand to help through the booking.com app

Clear instruction where to find the keys. Location near tothe airport and near to the sea.

Location is grate. Very quiet place. Close to the ocean and restaurants. A lot of shops in 5 mins drive. Excellent jacuzzi after a day's of hiking.

Mattress was uncomfortable because it dipped in the middle, so 1 of us had to sleep on the settee. No beach towels, and no welcome pack
