Appartamento bellissimo e centralissimo. A piedi e' vicino a tutto: dai monumenti al mercato centrale ma anche a fermate di bus e metro.Ben attrezzato e molto pulito. Ottime le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa. Ottima esperienza. Grazie

En pleins centre Propre et moderne Hôte très sympa et institutions très claires pour récupérer les clés Balcon avec vue sur une petite rue animée avec des restaurants 2 bouteilles d'eau, 2 bières locales, des capsules de café, du shampoing et gel douche mis à disposition dans l'appartement

Deluxe can be referred to the position, very closed to everything important in Valencia.

We staked 4 nights and slept in a completely uncomfortable bed that on the left side has springs out of their boxes (in 2025 mattress should be in memory foam…especially if you call your flat deluxe). Bed linen and towels smell of humidity. Probably they wash all in their laundry but they don’t completely dry. Unacceptable. The shower has an issue, since the first usage the nearest space is covered of water, and the bath carpet too. Can’t be used as carpet. The flat does not have a washing machine because the property manages also a laundry, so you have to pay 6eur for 40min washing.

Appartamento ben curato, ristrutturato a nuovo, posizione centralissima, si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i principali monumenti.

I due piani senza ascensore che in caso di valigie pesanti o difficoltà motoria potrebbero essere poco agevoli.

The location was absolutely phenomenal. Close to every bar and restaurant that we wanted to visit, and less than 5 minutes walk from beautiful plazas, streets and landmarks . We both felt very safe in the apartment too, there are three doors to go through before you’re inside, which was nice. Air con was amazing, WiFi worked well and the kitchen had everything we needed (except oil!). The apartment was cleaned every three days. The smell of the sweet shop around the corner was incredible too 😂

We didn’t find the bed very comfortable, and I actually ended up sleeping on the sofa bed for the second half of our trip as the bed was a little small for us. We were given two rolls of toilet paper for 8 nights, and I asked Sergio for more when he texted me about the apartment being cleaned, but we didn’t get any more! The balcony wasn’t clean when we arrived, the tiles were dirty and the table was covered in dust. It wasn’t cleaned during our stay either. Not a big deal but still would have made our morning coffees outside a little nicer!
