Mattress!

The location was perfect. Distance walk from the nightlife spots, great restaurants nearby. Also it was close to the bus station and Colon Metro. It had all the facilities needed during a trip and we loved staying there. Sergio is very helpful and available all the time.

Nothing we didn’t like. I would only suggest to put some slippers for the guest.

Smart Appartments in great central location.

Some light switches and sockets not working. Also would benefit from having tea towels, dishcloths, washing up liquid and scourers.

Great location for the apartment, close to everything you need. The host was very responsive. The bed is quite comfy!

Excellent location; very clean; nicely presented.

A kettle and a tea towel for dishes would have been helpful. A little bit noisy late at night.

After arriving at airport we got a bus 150 to the city for 5 euro , apartment was a five minute walk from bus stop. We were given a key code to get into a locker room , and the locker with the keys was opened remotely when we were in the room , apartment was a one minute walk from the locker. Apartment was in carrer dels manyans Excellent location in centre of old town just a two minute walk from the large market and numerous tapas bars and restaurants. We were in flat 16 which had a small balcony to sit and watch people coming and going from placa redona. We were surrounded by little alleyways and walkways to explore which often opened out around the next corner to small and large plazas. Valencia felt safe and relaxed an ideal city to chill out with a drink and watch the world go by 10/10 , excellent aircon in apartment we definitely needed it as it was 35’C in August 😎

Minor suggestion , the three keys to access the property could be numbered or colour coded, first door and third door needed a little pull towards you in order to turn key. Have your phone torch ready when returning at night to go up the stairs ( 28 stairs but very safe ) we took a tea towel to dry our cups

It was very clean and well described on the site. The location is great and the facilities are all working well.

The only thing that was a little bit less about the property was that there were no cleaning supplies like dish soap, cleaning towels and garbage bags.

No complaints, just observations: Lots of steps up to room, would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. I did struggle a bit. The property is advertised as an “apartment” which I feel is incorrect as this implies more than one room. For me, it’s a studio as it’s one big room which includes the kitchenette, dining and living area and bedroom. Not enough crockery in the kitchen. Two espresso cups. Two wine glasses. Two plates. Two bowls. Too basic. Had to keep the heavy velvet curtains closed at all times as neighbouring building windows look directly inside. Would recommend net curtains underneath so privacy can be had during daylight hours without losing the light. Shower didn’t drain away and we experienced mini flooding of bathroom during each shower. Highlighted this to the Host who was very responsive and advised they’d look into it. Hopefully this will be actioned now we’ve departed.
