Apartamento auténtico La Perla Playa

Great place for family vacation. Clean beach, warm water. Excellent!!!

We love everything! It is a stunning apartment with an amazing view of the sea. In the apartment, we found everything necessary for a long stay. It is an incredible location directly on the almost private beach. Also, the bus stop is not too far (we used the bus and the train to travel to Malaga, Fuengirola, and Benalmadena). I hope to come back in one day:-) I can 100% recommend it!

The apartament is located just at the shore. The views are beautiful, it's just 9 floors down to siwm in the sea! You are able to get where needed with public transportation.

Shops are a bit distant.

As they wrote here in the reviews, the owner contacted us on the day of arrival. This caused a little discomfort, since the owner tried to write off funds not through the Bokkong.com system, but directly through the payment terminal using the card number. Of course, the bank blocked these write-offs. And while I was flying on the plane, the owner wrote to me that there were problems with payment. But upon arrival we contacted and met. After payment, I received very detailed instructions with photos on how and where to get the key (right there at the entrance). The apartment had everything you needed for living. Surprisingly, there were such little things as vegetable oil, salt, pepper, all sorts of small household appliances, and there were also detergents for the dishwasher. In short, we didn’t have to buy anything ourselves. There is also a small sun lounger and a fairly shabby beach umbrella (the zones need to be replaced). The house is really right on the shore with its own beach. The house is not new and the beach is a bit dirty, but the view from the apartment is truly impressive! Everything in the apartment is working, except for one large burner on the stove, but this is not critical. There is a kettle, a coffee machine for Nespresso capsules, an oven in working order, a large refrigerator and freezer. You can park your car near the house along the road for free. There's always room. It’s also convenient down on the beach where you can rest your feet (you need to use the entrance key to gain access). It's not difficult to find by car. Within walking distance there are a couple of restaurants and a small shop (with high prices). The shops themselves are accessible by car. There is a bus stop within walking distance from which bus 120 runs in both directions, the cost is 1.70 euros.

For the first time, there is nothing negative to write down. There are of course little things, but they are all covered by the positives.

Large induction burner doesn't work. Water heater is very small. Door to the terrace from the living room doesn't open.
