At the beach and in the main square

The balcony is too small. The sofa is a little tired.

The location is in the heart of El Medano

The apartment is not nearly as nice and spacious as on the pictures. The couch and pillows had many stains. There were only 2 not even matching cups in the kitchen. The balcony is tiny and the chairs dated. Its also very noisy. We were aware of this as we stayed a few houses away last year, but on the corner with the bars till late, the beach cleaning and garbage collection in the early mornings, it wasn't possible to sleep relaxed. The restaurant kitchen fan ends close to the balcony so at certain times the whole apartment smells. Overall, the price is much too high for what you get. We were disappointed....

Ocean zicht, zelf vanuit de douche!!!

Net boven een caffè, te dichtbij centrum voor ons. Mensen praten luidruchtig net onder het raam tot diep in de nacht. De werkers van de strand met blazers en grote wagen met enorm lawaai komen al om 6 uur in de ochtend! Lawaai is zelfs door de dichte ramen te horen. Airconditioning is zeer slecht, ramen moeten echt open in de nacht. Er zijn 2 separate bedden die steeds uit elkaar schuiven in de nacht (wij zijn een stel dus voor ons was dit niet zo comfortabel 🙈)

Spacious, functional apartment in an absolutely perfect location with direct ocean view in the very middle of the town. Bakery and cafe-bar directly below the flat, which is on the 1st floor of a building. The bathroom is quite big and everything works just fine. But why there is a transparent glass between shower and bedroom? Apartment has rather basic, clean design. When you arrive you have to meet the worker of the managing company. After check out you leave the key in the nearby office. Accommodation in El Medano is relatively expensive. Big share of apartments in the town, including this one, are administered by the same owner.

Double bed is unfortunately made of two single ones which are moving too easily - not necessarily comfortable.

V ubytovaní sa nachádza aj práčka. Nie je preto nutné mať veľa vecí. Dajú sa v pohode vyprať.

Večer trochu hluk z neďalekých reštaurácií.

La ubicación es fantástica, está justo sobre el paseo de la playa, es muy cómodo y está reformado. Dispone de lavadora y cocina equipada. Es un poco caro, pero es que está muy bien ubicado.

No tiene aire acondicionado; durante el día no se nota por la brisa del mar,u pero por la noche el ventilador de pie no es suficiente. El apartamento no es accesible 100% debido al escalón de acceso al edificio y la puerta no tiene cuña para sujetarla y facilitar el acceso. También sería conveniente un asidero en la ducha para personas mayores.
