New and Modern Apartment in the heart of Puerto Banús

perfect location, access to restaurants, coffee shops, shops. also a fantastic 20m pool where you can do proper lap training.

The apartment location was excellent. just to note that if you have a late check in you need to pay separately for this which I wasn't expecting as its not indicated in the booking when you are making it. Once we got our keys the apartment was great 2 bathrooms and 2 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen could do with a few more glasses and cups for guests as there isn't many and anything that is there is mix and match. The pool was lovely and we were right beside it. Location was good too only a 5 minute walk from the marina, bars, restaurants and clubs. It was great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Just the check in process wasn't what I expected but it worked out fine and didn't cause any issues.

Excellent apartment in a fab location. Very modern and clean with everything you need for a few days away. Its within a residential block so no atmosphere around the pool (no one else used it during our stay). Met by someone to hand keys over, we were able to secure a last minute late check out at an additional cost - communication good from host via WhatsApp. The grey bathroom shower did flood on us (as seen in another review) so this does need addressing - there's a mop and bucket so we coped - fantastic that there's a washing machine to clean the sodden towels we had to use. Only downside - has been mentioned before....needs to be more than one set of keys as not everyone wanted to stay out as late so we had to wake others up to let us in the building (intercom outside), never mind the room. Overall excellent stay

Good location, nice balcony and the beds were comfortable.

-staff were rude -no storage for luggage We landed at 10am and we’re not able to drop luggage so was walking around with 4 suitcases until 4pm, check out is 12pm and again no where to leave luggage and the staff were really rude when leaving accommodation, would not use this accommodation again. Also only 2 toilet roles left for 5 people so had to buy some from the shop, towels did not get changed for 4 days so has to re-use the same ones! 1 key which we felt was irritating.

Lovely and modern apartment, two very large bathrooms made it great for two couples sharing. Amazing pool.

It could be noisy at night but being in such a central location that would be expected.

Beautiful spacious property with 1 x king bed room and 1 bedroom with 2 x twin beds. 2 bathrooms and a really spacious living area/kitchen with everything you need. The balcony is huge with seating and a table over looking to pool area. Perfect location for nights out round the marina or access to local restaurants. It’s literally a stones through from the marina and all the nightlife so no taxis required. I would definitely stop here again! Very safe location with a separate door to enter the building, the apartment is on the 1st floor. Security man the reception area during the day but not at nighttime.

Only having one key wasn’t ideal for 4 of us when we went off in pairs coming back at different times. We really needed 2 sets of keys. Shower drain was blocked and flooded in one of the showers, unfortunately it wasn’t fixed whilst we were there so had to use just one shower. This didn’t really bother us so wasn’t a concern.

Great location.

The property is a very nice property, with prime location, walking distance to beach, marina and clubs. Many restaurants close by, and a huge grocery store across the street. The hosts were very accommodating and were very helpful!
