CABALLITO DE MAR (SEAHORSE)

Brilliant location, very clean, good communication with hosts. My second stay here, 2016 previously. Still an amazing place apart from a couple of things needing attention. Would definitely return.

The water pressure is weak in the morning - improves by afternoon. The cushions on the sun beds need replacing. Two sets of keys would be useful.

The property was equipped with everything you could need. It was modern , clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony were out of this world. It was a perfect location for all amenities. Would highly recommend this property.

The only negative to find was the issues we had with the water pressure for the shower. On the first 2 days of our holiday we had no water at all. I reported this to Raquel and the situation was resolved very quickly. Water was restored but the pressure was low for showering. This was the only negative I could find.

Very nice apartment on the front of playa Blanca, very comfortable large bed and spacious lounge and kitchen area, we met the host who was really nice and helpful also communication with Raquel was very good and responsive. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

We couldn’t get English tv but I think they are trying to rectify this.

The communal access was poor not maintained. Advertising free air conditioning which had to be paid for. No air conditioning in the bedroom. Outside drain on terrace appeared blocked ongoing issue. Cleanliness not of a high standard. Dishes were dirty, bathroom around shower basin poor and cracked in places.

The central but quiet location was perfect. Great views.

Unfortunately there were ants in the property. There were 2 sets of keys but only 1 outside door key so we could not go out separately- we did ask for another but that did not appear.
