The communal pool was always clean, the air con worked, the rooms were a reasonable size, bbq had gas and also a spare canister

The roof terrace on arrival had beer and sprite cans under the seats,the floor hadn’t been cleaned so much that it was sticky and stained, the sofas on the roof terrace were dirty and stained , some of the chairs were broken for the dining area on the roof terrace, the electric would cut out on many occasions, the fridge and freezer would not be cold enough regardless of changing the temperature, no cold water in the property, a lot of damage to areas, stained mattress, not enough towels for our duration, the dining seats in the apartment were peeling from faux leather causing constant mess on the floor, the main bedroom pillows had stuffing coming out, not the chance to change bedsheets with having no extra
