La ubicación, la limpieza, el baño amplio y limpio,.Tanto toallas como ropa de cama muy limpia, camas cómodas a pesar de uno ser un sofá. Que había servicio de cortesía de café,frutas, en la cocina productos de limpieza, jabón para lavavajillas y del lavarropas, secador de pelo, toallero eléctrico y productos de tocador en baño muy lindos, hasta crema para el cuerpo. Aire acondicionado central muy bien.

Le haría falta mejorar la iluminación en todos los ambientes, pero principalmente en el comedor (tal vez por la pintura oscura de su pared). Estaría faltando un espejo para verse de cuerpo entero , que también ayudaría cuando los que se hospedan son más de una mujer que buscan optimizar tiempo. La caja de seguridad no se pudo usar por batería baja.
