The radiator was not working, but the maintenance man arrived soon after the calm and fixed it. It could be a bit cleaner. Especially in the drawers.

Sauna

Good location, well equipped, comfortable, clean, easy to find with host instructions

Didn’t get the sauna to work, didn’t seem to get hot. Had to strip the beds

Very clean and beautiful apartment, also the sauna room is really good

Fabulous location in centre of town. Easy to gain access and staff promptly answered messages. Told us we would be able to see the northern lights from the balcony and YES we were lucky enough to see them on our first night! Tip saved us $s by not booking tour to search for the lights. After a month in Nordic apartments and hotels, the best towels ever - large, thick and absorbent. Things like this make a difference!

Things in Rovaniemi are super expensive!!

Very close to shops and bus stop to Santa's village. The apartment was clean.

Front door was very difficult to open and close securely. Few things could do with some attention, such as the blinds, which weren't working properly.

Wonderful location

The Washing Machine was great! And kitchen too. This apartment is fully equipped. And its super near to the malls, and museums.

There was no clock. And it could be more cleaner. And the door is a faulty. Could have fix the door.
