"Ubicación ideal pero necesita renovación"

Ubicación perfecta para disfrutar de la playa y ver la zona. Cuenta con parking y piscina que viene muy bien. El dueño muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar desde el primer momento.

El apartamento en sí está bien pero necesita pequeñas mejoras que harían la estancia más cómoda. Una mano de pintura para arreglar desperfectos en paredes y humedad en el baño y renovar colchones y sofá para poder descansar mejor ya lo veo necesario. Supongo que son mejoras que igual encarecerían el precio pero son básicas.

Moi boa ubicación, amplo, cómodo e limpo. É perfecto para unha escapada. A zona é un espectáculo.
