"Fantastic balcony with a great apartment too!"

The apartment was a wonderful place to go and appreciate the beautiful scenery for a weeks stay! Every amenities you can wish for, and more! Really cosy! Centrally located! The balcony made all the difference! Whatever the weather! The bed was really comfy! Fridge and freezer had space for everything! Cooking facilities were great and the shower cooled us down whenever we needed it! So, all round, highly recommended place to stay!

Nothing! All was good! Including organising the taxi driver to pick up and taking back to the airport!

"The best option in Las Palmas for 2 people (couple)."

Mara (the host) was super nice and attentive. We spent a month at her place and truly enjoyed every bit of it. While the apartment is somewhat small, we got used to it pretty fast and had no regrets. The terrace is great, pretty much like another room. There was all we needed for our stay, high speed internet (100mb symmetric). Another huge plus is the location. While the entrance to the building is situated on a busy street (car-wise), there was no noise in the apartment as it is at the top floor (there are 2 elevators!). And beach is just around the corner!! A superb supermarket is also nearby (with fresh seafood for good prices). The promenade across the beach is nice. It just seemed like the best place to stay in Las Palmas. After staying couple of days at a different place in Spain, a huge advantage is that there are no cockroaches in the apartment 😀.
