Zentrale Lage, perfekt ausgestattet und richtig kuschelig. Dem Treiben auf dem Spielplatz gegenüber kann man vor allem in den Abendstunden ewig zuschauen und Tiefgarage war auch dabei. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Wahl für Rovaniemi.

Alojamiento perfecto! Excelente ubicación, los dueños muy amables y siempre preocupados de darnos la mejor información. Las instalaciones hermosas, modernas, limpio y espacioso. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Es el mejor lugar para vivir la magia de Rovaniemi.

Lovely apartment with a great location. Host was 5 stars giving all the information and also allowing us to park the car inside the building without extra cost. Apartment is lovely.

L'appartement est très bien situé , à proximité du centre ville, des restaurants, d'agences de tourisme et d'un parc. Il est également très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut en électroménager, produits, ustensiles; la vaisselle est de qualité...Nous nous sommes rapidement sentis à l'aise. Satu et Tuomas ont su nous envoyer les informations en temps donné, ils sont réactifs et nous ont bien documentés.

Rien si ce n'est peut-être la superficie qui est suffisante pour 3 adultes mais pas immense non plus, à conseiller davantage pour un couple.

Fast communication from the owner, good location, good wifi and smart tv. Apartment had everything necessary for the stay both in the kitchen and bathroom. The owner/manager gave immaculate information on the restaurants, aurora borealis schedule :) etc… The bus stop to Santa village is right in front of the windows. Small hill and a skating pond as well, so we could easily control our child playing from the apartment. Supermarket, taxi station - all is close.

The check in time is 17h, but the closest storage room which i situated 150 m from the apartment works till 16h on Saturday, so theoretically you can face the situation that you would need to sit on your bags waiting for the room to be prepared, which is stressful. Luckily we got inside before 15h THANX to the fast reaction from the property. If you have big heavy bags also bear in mind that there is no slide at the entrance (was surprised as usually Finnish are very attentive to handicap people and project the entrance accordingly).

Great location, fantastic for kids with the park with slides just in front of the house Flat is very cozy and comfortable, communication was great always in touch via whatsapp

l'appartamento si trova praticamente in centro a Rovaniemi, ad un paio di strade(qualche minuto) dalla via principale, comodo a tutti i servizi (supermercato, tour operator per organizzare l escursioni, bar e ristoranti). Davanti all'appartamento c'è un parco giochi che mia figlia ha adorato

la prorpietaria, gentilissima mi ha inviato via wapp molte informazioni una volta arrivata in appartamento, ma i messaggi erano così tanti che non mi sono accorta, leggendoli rapidamente, che avrei potuto usufruire di uno sconto del10% proprio presso il tour operator che ho utilizzato per la maggio parte delle attività. Se dovessi dare un consiglio, consiglierei di pubblicizzare questo sconto lasciando un depliant dentro in appartamento ben visibile
