Great for an out-of-town location, short walk to a river with great views, quiet. Host was very helpful.

Buses infrequent and unreliable, a car would be useful if you plan to get out more. More tourist information in the lodge would be useful.

Marko was a perfect host throughout! Communication was exceptional. His property was totally fabulous, he could not of looked after us more! “Aatu” his dog is just the most beautiful dog inside and out that you could ever meet! We travelled as a family of 5 and every one of us would recommend this property and host a million percent! On behalf of us all, thank you for such a perfect, outstanding stay!! X

House is comfy, kitchen, bed etc good quality. Owner is very communicative and was available for all our questions!

Booking.com photos tell a slightly different story than reality. Not as homey as it makes you believe. As an example, we never saw a dog and the cottage photo with all the lights (the 2nd and 3rd photo) is not actually the place where you sleep. Although it states that the bathtub and sauna come with an additional charge it doesn't feel completely honest to charge more than €200 for them per use. The price should be visible in apartment description.

The house was warm and cosy, the added option of a sauna and hot tub next to the house was great. the location, just out of the town, made it great for shopping, but also gave the feel out quiet lifestyle of the area. The host Marko was outstanding, giving local ideas to visit and local history of the area and country.

Nothing, this was bar none the best host I have stayed with, he would put us above his family to make sure we had a great time and a complete Finnish experience.
