Please inform Golfetmer Studio in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This property accepts Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers as a payment method. Cleaning is not included in the rental, it is optional, and the cleaning costs are €60. (in case of refusal to pay these additional costs, the tenant must provide cleaning.) Basic products are not included in the rental. (flour, salt, oil...) Household linen is not included in the rental, it is optional at €35.
