"Lovely big apartment with massive balcony and fabulous views"

The location was great, lovely and quiet and near the beach and amenities. The washing facilities were really good. A massive balcony with panaromic views.

The taxi driver and ourselves had trouble trying to find the correct building entrance. There was a flight of steep steps and as we are older customers we had trouble getting the suitcases up them. When we arrived at the property we had a problem of the code not working to obtain the key. We have to ask other residents to help and they couldn't get it to work either. After three quarters of an hour and in touch with your emergency no. it finally unlocked and we had the key. Our host was requested to leave 4 bottles of water and this was agreed. Also we were told there would be one toilet roll (we arrived very late at night). When we finally got inside there was no water and no toilet roll. A very stressful arrival!
