Apartamento en Calle Jardines - Madrid Centro

A very central unit right by Gran via it had all of the amenities you would look for in a downtown apartment. The beds were comfortable and considering you were downtown it was very quiet

The air conditioning was not very strong and luckily we were there at the tail end of summer. They did however have an excellent fan which made up for it.

Location couldn't be better, easy walking distance to attractions and metro. Apartment whilst small is comfortable, especially bed and couch. Good shower but very tiny bathroom

Apartment on 4th floor and no lift. Meant climbing 80 steps so limited the number of times we left apartment to once a day. Be careful when using international SIM if you need SMS verification from bank as difficulty paying deposit within 2 days of arrival and this was required with no exception. We had to visit office to pay by credit card that caused some anxiety. Key collection not available until after deposit paid.

Highly recommended. Despite it is in the heart of the city, the apartment is very quiet. No street noise. No noise from other rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped (even knifes are sharp). Would use this again if I come back to Madrid. Check-in and check-out with easy instruction. Very good place to a rest between sighting and travel.

All is good. No complaints. But I would prefer to be asked for deposit earlier, in advance. Might be important for some people, there is no elevator and you need to take your things up to the 4th floor. Fine with me.
