Ideal for a longer family stay. The apartment complex is good - guarded, cleaned, nice pool. The neighborhood is perfect for stay with kids - quite, no night life around, supermarket nearby, very close to the sea, awesome and very wide beach. Plenty of bed linen and towels. Trips to museums, oceanarium and zoo are bearable - 40 minutes public transport, way faster on taxi. Aitor is amazing host, very helpful.

This and that needs fixing, which didn’t bother us, but some might complain. Cooking was somewhat challenging at times - there are plenty of pans and pots, but most are not really usable.

the property is not designer or necessarily modern but it is the most functional and well equipped apartment we have stayed in - it has everything you need! Aitor, was amazingly helpful, thank you.

there’s only one thing wrong with the whole stay - the lack of cotton bed sheets- otherwise it’s a 10/10!

Great apartment, well equipped, within a short walk from the beach and several lovely restaurants. Also bus stop outside apartment takes you straight into the city.

We stayed for two weeks. Everything was great. Good location, near the beach, a parking space in the covered parking lot, and also many free parking spaces next to the house. The apartment has everything we need for a long-term stay. Fast and stable internet (it was very important to us because three people had to work and study online at the same time). It's warm (in February it's cool outside, but the room is well heated). Good beds, mattresses, pillows. Enough towels. Very pleasant and helpful host, answered very quickly, no unresolved issues.

Excellent apartment with all the necessary amenities. Perfectly clean, spacy, comfortable bed, wonderful terrace and located in excellent neighborhood - just 100m from the beach with lots of restaurants, walking, chilling zone... Aitor as a host was also very welcoming and he even bought the carpet for our baby. He provided baby cot with no additional cost, let us check-out in the afternoon. Amazing experience! Truly recommended!

Nice apartment, great location close to the beach. There was absolutely everything you may need for a vacation in Valencia - beach equipment, towels, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, baby chair and baby bed. The terrace is wonderful and one can rest very well there, especially when the kids are already sleeping. 🙂 Aitor ( the host) was a nice guy, who was willing to help us with everything. Don’t worry that it is away from the city center. With the bus or tram, one can reach everything. We are very happy that we chose exactly this apartment.
