Clean. Nice location. Very nice view from the balcony. We had 5 people in our group and 3 rooms apartment was very comfortable for us providing enough space and privacy for everyone.

Strange rules and sanctions. We weren't sanctioned though as we followed the rules, but ttis does make you feel bit strange.
