Tout s'est très bien passé. Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Notre interlocutrice a été très réactive à nos questions. Le logement est propre, bien situé, fonctionnel, bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la belle terrasse avec la superbe vue.

Le stationnement pour les voitures. C'est compliqué de trouver une place proche du logement. Il faut marcher un peu.

Stunning views across Adeje and El Duque out to La Gomera. Well equipped and clean. Large balcony with enough space to sunbathe in the afternoons after 1pm. Comfy sofa and table on balcony.

The penalty for the stunning views is that you are up a hill which we walked about 2/3rds of the time. Taxis cost around 4 Euros from the centre which are readily available and the Titsa 472 bus runs past the complex every hour or so.

Lovely quiet complex away from the main sites. The complex is at the top of a rather steep hill so be warned.

Good location - also there was a big street where you could find parking spots.

We stayed 8 nights. First 6 we did not encounter major problems, so we were going to rate it as a minimum 9. Then, the last 2 days ruined the whole experience: - firstly, we found something similar to a big cockroach in the bathroom, but I killed it and we overlooked it. - secondly, the next morning, the first thing I ve seen when I woke up that morning was an insect / worm (firstly they said it was a termite, but after they acknowledged it as a wood worm) on my pillow. - then, after 15-30 minutes, as we were getting ready to pack to go to the beach, we discovered that all our clothes were full of these insects / worms. Not the clothes for the beach, but all the clothes we had with us… We basically spent most of our last day trying to air them out and clean everything. We also bought some anti-insect sachets as a precaution and deposited all the clothes in separate zipper bags. Also, as precaution, we sent all the clothes to a professional laundry cleaning firm. In the meantime, we contacted the owner. Firstly he apologised and seemed interested in finding a solution. But here we encountered the most disappointing fact. We already were extremely disappointed to discover live insects present in the rented room - as this has been the first time we have ever encountered such a situation in any accommodation booked. You can imagine the presence of insects made it very uncomfortable and unacceptable to remain in the room. So when we contacted the owner, we also requested a room change, but the response we received from him was an article stating that the “termites are not harmful to humans”… I found this response to be dismissive and unprofessional, as it did not address the seriousness of the situation nor provide an adequate solution. In the end, we were forced to sleep in the infested room, which significantly affected our comfort during the last night of our stay.

This is a great place to stay , walking distance to the nearest beach and very quiet at night. I particularly like the view from the terrace and we watch the sunset every day. The room is very clean, the shower water is powerful and the host was very responsive.

The first two days of our days were bank holidays, it was a bit difficult to find a parking place nearby. Later on when the peak season ends, it's very easy. We stayed for a week, 2 toilet rolls, 3 bin bags , 3 washing tablets were provided but we would hope the host could provide more on request. We had to end up buying from the supermarket.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and comfy bed. Had a great balcony. Generally very quiet, apart from one night when some neighbours were locked out! The apartment is high up so long walk down hill to the beach/restaurants and up again!

They have thought of everything, they even had hair straighteners & plug in adapters, property was very clean & great shower. There were 2 pool areas which were always very quiet with plenty of space, would definitely recommend

It is a bit hilly so maybe not suitable for people with mobility issues
