Lovely apartment, amazing view. Pool, garden peaceful and very clean. Brilliant location short walk to beach, restaurants and old town.

The property is in an excellent location and the bed was very comfortable! Gorgeous sea view from balcony.

"Repetimos"

Es el segundo año que vamos a Palmeras 72. Es un apartamento cómodo, con vistas excelentes y las instalaciones del edificio están muy cuidadas. Respecto al año pasado no hemos encontrado cucarachas. Entiendo que es una cosa que se puede controlar relativamente, pero el año pasado fue una señalacion que hice y que este año no he encontrado.

El colchón necesita un cambio. Está muy muy regular. Hay también que mirar la limpieza del aire acondicionado. Hemos visto que hay humedad en las aspas y puede ser peligroso para la salud.

Apartment was very well equipped. Kitchen facilities v good. Location central. Pool and gardens lovely

Key arrangements woeful. Totally unacceptable. We arrived with luggage which meant key collection impossible for us. Only saving grace was a friend was able to collect key for us. Other apartments had keysafes outside the property, why didn't no 72? Not enough towels. Beds uncomfortable and moved throughout the night. Mattress toppers like nappies!

"Wow! Great views, good location"

Wonderful comfortable apartment with superb views. Only negative was: unable to contact anybody for minor repair, the phone number given was never answered (despite 4 calls + text). If we had had a major issue this would have been a serious problem. Also, NOT suitable for disabled due to total of 14 steps in the corridors of the apartment block after entering/exiting lift.

Very well equipped apartment in a great location. We had a problem with the door that was very quickly sorted.

The balcony next door is terrible and off-putting and needs sorting!

"Superb"

Great location in a quiet but central part of Nerja. Comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. Stunning sea view.

It would have been good to have an extra set of towels for the pool.
