"Perfect for what I was looking for and for a great price!"

It was clean and perfect location. Close to shops but not too close to party area so fairly quiet. Nice balcony and hosts were lovely and accommodating.

The air con unit wasn’t great and the fan did next to nothing but this was advertised as having no air con at all so I can’t really complain. Decor is a little dated but absolutely nothing wrong with that if you’re looking for a clean, budget friendly option.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche de la mer et du centre de Las Américas. Il est spacieux, bien aménagé et dispose d’un balcon avec vue sur la mer. La cuisine est bien équipée, le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien et le bâtiment possède une belle piscine. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour !

The location is okay considering the distance to the coast. WiFi is working . Left and right from exit are 2 markets. Ohana restaurant in front have realy good tapas. Swiming pool is well maintaned.

However apartment is on the main corridor where gangs of drunks wander until the early morning, breaking and screaming. If you want to get decent sleep... forget it. The apartment is not regularly maintained. The shower door, sofa, bathroom cabinets, towel racks, the floor tiles are only a few defects. Improvised air conditioning. No clothes storage on the ground floor. Mini TV. (I don't know where can you buy such a small diagonal). Considering that this is a full year business, it would be appropriate to invest maybee about 3-4 thousand euros and some elbow grease to make this apartment realy BEAUTIFUL. Not to forget ! Parking anywhere around is mission impossible.
