Cosy studio apartment - perfect for your stay in Rovaniemi!

We stayed for one night. Everything was perfect, studio well equiped and prepared, we easily used the kitchen. The owner very caring. Quiet surrounding. Perfect price.

Everything. From a proactive helpful host, great location, ease of checking in, makes it a relaxing stay.

The apartment was clean and convenient. The bathroom was nice and big, and the host was helpful.

The room was quite basic but had what I needed

Small but cozy.. we were two couples and had to all sleep in the same common area in a bed and a sofa bed but for the time we spend on the apartment it was perfect. There is also a trail I walked and was beautiful and a hill that I had fun sledding. Would definitely come back

The location was at 20 min walk from bus station.it was hard to walk in -24

Super bad stay in Rovaniemi. The worst experience ever had. The apartment was super difficult to find and the location is totally far way from the center. If you don’t have the car you can’t go anywhere. The cost of the stay was the most expensive one we take during the whole trip and it came out very disappointed. The house was super small with only one living room and a super small bad between two walls… the apartment wasn’t at all able to host 4 guests due to the small place. And in this living room, a part from one small bed, there was also a sofa, therefore, the space was super tiny and we couldn’t either move. Additionally the bedsheets were dirty and unclean. I attach the photo. It seems to be someone old guests period… The bedsheets were also super old with little stains and pills, and we needed to tidy up the bedsheets by ourselves. The drawers in the bathroom had some hairs on it, it seems that no one cleaned up the apartment before we arrived there. Really disappointed for the hygiene and personal care. Just want to remind all the future guests that the hosts was really rude to us, when we checked out the apartment, he required us to leave the keys inside the apartment, while he was still blaming us of not closing the door. Additionally, in his checkout requirements of 8 and more points, we have followed all of them, we also throw away the bin bags, which should be the host’s responsibility. And at the end, the host was even mad to us. I attached the chat screenshots. I don’t know what’s wrong with him, his attitude was super bad, and I am a person who never blame and write bad comments on internet. This is the first time because the whole stay and the bad attitude towards us made me really mad.

Firstly, we host should moderate his tone and attitude, secondly, he should put more effort in making the apartment more cozy and comfortable for the guests. Especially making sure the cleaning and the hygiene hits the basic requirements.
