Please note that in the case of long-term rentals of at least 28 days, the price stated only includes electricity consumption up to a maximum of 850 kwh per 28 days. If the electricity consumption exceeds 850kwh per 28 days, 0,20€ will be charged to the guest per additional kWh. Please note that late check-in between 19:00-21:00 is subject to a 30€ surcharge. All requests for arrival after 21.00 are subject to confirmation by the property and subject to a surcharge up to 60€" Late check-out (until 14.00) only by arrangement and possibilities of the host. This will entail an additional cost of €60. The guest should leave the flat clean and in the same condition without damage to furniture, electronics, household appliances etc.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
