Nice staff, location, balcony, and facilities. Easy to walk to Alhambra. Nice restaurants nearby.

The scented material in glasses (both in the apartment and the laundry room) caused allergic reactions, rendering it difficult to breathe and sleep even after removing the one in the apartment to the balcony.

The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped with sun shade and outdoor furniture in the roof terrace which allows us to enjoy the weather. It is also situated in a very central location which only need a very short walk to reach to the town centre and other tourist spots. The host is well communicated with us during our stay.

There was communication by the owners via what's app to let me know the name and number of the person who was to meet us for check-in. I misunderstood that I was to await to be contacted by Eugenia and I initiated contact. She said that she wasn't sure if she could meet us or not and would follow up the next day. On the day of arrival, she stated she was not able to meet us as she was busy, so she sent all the information via what's app. We had a few other questions on distance to the apartment, bus services and about the sofa bed. We were told to stop bothering her, and we should be messaging via booking.com to ask questions as she was only in charge of check in. It was unclear who I was to contact as I was told Eugenia would welcome us to check us into the apartment. Then, we found the bed linens were not clean. However, upon contacting the owners, they immediately apologized and came to change all of the bed linens.

Excellent location in the heart of everything. The private rooftop terrace was an added bonus. Would definitely go back.

Very comfy apartment with a terrace. Good kitchen and TV's in both bedroom and living room. Location was lively with good restaurants all round but apartment was still nice and quiet. Great bed.

Tarp over the terrace blocked all sun. It is a cool time of year, so being able to sit in the sun would have been very nice. As it was, we didn't use the terrace at all. They are strict on the 4 pm check in time, so we had to wait hours before we could get in, but they did let us leave our bags.
