This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer, cheque, paypal or Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers. The property will contact you directly to organise this. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that staff are not located on site but are available upon request. If you are planning on arriving after 18:30, the keys will be left in a safe and a telephone number will be provided for emergencies. Please note that a EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that change of linen is available as a cleaning service, but only upon request and with an additional fee. The owner will contact you after booking with further access maps and contact details. It is advised that you print these instructions. Please note there is only 1 parking space per apartment. Food is not provided. The property can shop for food or goods that you may need upon arrival, at an extra charge. Please contact the property 24 hours before arrival if you wish to book this option.
